Refund policy

We want you to love your RIHAAB abaya. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The abaya and its matching hijab must be returned together, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• Please include all original packaging.
• Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted for return or exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on Instagram @rihaabwear. Please include your order number and tell us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
